Welcome to J West Electrical Contractors, LLC. By requesting or using our electrical services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our contractor-client relationship.
1. Scope of Services
J West Electrical Contractors, LLC agrees to perform the electrical services described in your estimate, proposal, or signed agreement. Services may include troubleshooting, repairs, panel upgrades, lighting installations, rewiring, and related electrical work.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate project details, safe site access, and timely decisions required to complete work. Customers are responsible for disclosing known hazards, existing electrical issues, and any property restrictions that may affect service.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service pricing, deposits, and payment due dates are defined in the estimate or service agreement. Late or unpaid balances may delay scheduling, inspections, completion, or release of final documents until payment obligations are satisfied.
4. Permits, Inspections, and Compliance
Work is performed according to applicable electrical codes and local requirements. Permit and inspection responsibilities are determined by project scope and jurisdiction rules and will be stated in the estimate when applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability
J West Electrical Contractors, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the direct value of the contracted services, except where prohibited by law. Existing hidden conditions not visible during initial assessment may require additional approved work.
6. Scheduling, Delays, and Termination
Project schedules may change due to weather, permit timelines, inspection availability, material supply, or site readiness. Either party may terminate service in writing subject to payment for work completed and any committed project costs.
